There will be a chili cookoff with a pie contest on Saturday night for those who would like to stay over and participate in a potluck dinner!         This clinic is the second stage that follows the Round Penning and On-Line Ground Work Clinic. You will learn safe saddling and mounting, riding positions, positive forward movement, turns, stops, backing, side-passing, walk/trot/canter on a loose rein with a horse that responds with impulsion rather than impulsive, on the rail “work”, as well as riding patterns. You will also learn advanced ground work building to the next stage of our program - “Stage One - Advanced Riding”. Our clinics’ 6-participant limit creates a relaxed, positive learning environment where individuals receive ample personal, hands-on instruction.
